What is the returns policy for my Zermatt purchase?

If you are unhappy with the work that you have purchased, or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days after the day you receive the piece to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You must return the piece, in the same condition received, within 14 days of telling us that you want to cancel. You must pay the costs of return.
