Can I change my delivery address?

It is possible to change your delivery address, however, if you choose to select a different country than initially requested, this could impact the total value of your original order.

Please complete and submit the Change of Address Request form and one of our Customer Care advisors will be in touch to confirm.

Please Note:-

For orders shipping to the UK, a Standard Rate VAT would have been applied and collected at checkout. 

If your shipping address is outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties and local taxes that may be payable. You will be contacted by your local customs or shipping company about paying import VAT and any applicable customs duties.
