For The Virtues, you can withdraw works by submitting a contact form here, you may withdraw artworks at any time from the HENI Vault, either individually or all together if you are storing multiple items. There is a $25 release and handling fee, per artwork, and we will follow strict security checks before releasing an artwork.
For anything other that The Virtues i.e. The Secrets, please use this link and follow the instructions. You will be required to release all artworks within the order at once. You will not be able to release individual artworks from an order with multiple items.
You will be asked to enter your order reference number, which can be found in your original order confirmation email. You will be sent a One Time Passcode to the email address associated with your order. Please submit the code to continue your HENI Vault withdrawal.
To complete your withdrawal, you will need to confirm your delivery address and pay for shipping, administration fees, and any outstanding Vault subscription fees. If your delivery address is in the UK, you will be charged VAT on the initial purchase price of your order. If you are shipping your order outside of the UK you will be contacted by your local customs authority or shipping courier regarding paying any applicable import duties. No VAT was collected during the initial checkout since storing your order in the Vault defers VAT until the time of withdrawal.
