How long is my HENI Editions NFT Deed™ valid?

HENI is offering the ability to immediately purchase physical prints, or through the use of what HENI calls a “HENI Editions NFT Deed™”, to delay receipt of the print for up to 3 years. You can pass on your entitlement to the print through trading the NFT Deed™ thus giving a maximum of flexibility to collectors. We are happy to be at the forefront of providing innovative ways to collect, enjoy and trade art.

The HENI Editions NFT Deed™ is a new category of NFTs offered by HENI, which are different to NFT drops by artists. These are utility NFTs provided by HENI which serve the specific purpose of delaying receipt of the physical and enabling ease of trading. There are no additional utilities or perks associated with this type of NFT.

If you fail to redeem the HENI Editions NFT Deed™ for the physical work before 10am ET February 5th 2025, you will lose your rights to the physical piece and HENI will be free to dispose of it however it wants (including not completing the work).

The exchange period for The Empress NFT Deed closed at 10am ET 5th February 2025. As such, it is no longer possible to exchange NFTs for physical artworks. You do, however, still own the NFT and can keep it in your wallet. The NFTs can still be traded. You can also join the HENI Discord server, where our community of art and NFT collectors come together to discuss and organise activities around different projects, including The Empress.
