Why do I have to apply?
This drop has limited works available.
- The 300 large works, titled and numbered PB1–300, measure 84.2 x 59.6 cm, and are priced at US $45,000 (plus applicable taxes) each.
- The 600 smaller works, PB301–900, are 59.6 x 42.1 cm and priced at US $25,000 (plus applicable taxes) each.
Because there are limited number of paintings, HENI tries to ensure that everyone has a chance to purchase, which means there is an application period.
HENI tries to ensure that the artworks are sold broadly and fairly (rather than on a ‘first come, first served’ basis). This means there is an allocation period after the applications close, where HENI uses a mixture of random selection along with other selection criteria designed to achieve a broad and fair allocation of the work.
